Christmas Message And Foodbank Thank-you

Posted on 24th December 2021

So the end of 2021 has arrived and January 2022 is upon us here at Leyland and Bolton. Again, it has been a difficult year. I have seen this from the people coming to the clinic, adding new challenges - in a good way. I have really enjoyed helping people from sports injuries, back pain, arthritis and sciatica all the way to running injury and performance to name a few! Whilst aware life is difficult for many people from work, family to worry about the COVID-19 pandemic still with us.

Through it all, there has been some amazing support, which is always appreciated. The year has also seen some changes, with Perform Therapy being part of Injury Mechanics - you can see this via other articles on this website or the Facebook/Instagram pages, search Gus-Injury Mechanics). This is Maria, Jonny and myself looking to develop what we have been doing, but more concrete and with some plans in the background and news to be announced in the new year.

Finally, I just want to say 2 things:

1) have a great christmas and new year, which I hope can be peaceful and restful as I think we all deserve it.

2) £385.17!!!

👏 That is how much has been raised in the past month for the Leyland foodbank.

🌟Here you can see Celia, one of the great team members at the foodbank, receiving the donation.

👩‍👩‍👦‍👦It'll help many families, especially at an important time of the year. Thanks for the donations!
